Refund & Exchange Policy – Sammyukk Clothing
At Sammyukk, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
· Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received due to an error on our part.
· All such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with clear images and order details.
· We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the product once delivered.
· Items purchased during discounts, offers, or sales are strictly ineligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
· Size exchanges are available for eligible products, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
· Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
· The customer may be responsible for the cost of reverse shipping, and availability of sizes is subject to stock.
Reverse Shipment Charges
· In case of excessive return/exchange requests, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.
Refund Process
· Refunds (where applicable) will only be processed after the returned product is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality team.
· Upon approval, the refund will be initiated within 4 to 7 business days.
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or the account details shared by the customers in case of COD payments.

Sammyukk reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions. Our team’s decision on the condition of returned products and eligibility for refund/exchange will be final.
